Our owners, Corky & Tammy Bolton, bought their first manufactured home in 1994. Finding himself spending more and more money on service and repairs with each passing year, Corky became convinced that buyers of factory-built homes deserved a better product. In 2001, Mr. Bolton took it upon himself to serve this need, partnering with Kabco Builders to create a specialized range of higher quality, more reliable manufactured homes—and opening Bolton Homes to serve homebuyers searching for factory-built homes that are held to a higher standard.
Now, we continue that mission every day by helping people purchase the highest quality home at the most affordable price.
